Do you like Nutella? And Brownie? so, you’ll love this Brownie Nutella!

This brownie took the internet by the storm and I had to try… if it was that good. Well…

If you like, I mean like indeed nutella and or hazelnut chocolate spread type, you gonna love it.

The nutella-hazelnut flavor is very noticeable with the chocolate, it’s a proper brownie: dense, a little bit fudge and very decant.

Tips for a Great Brownie

  • You don’t need to use nutella per se, you can use other hazelnut-chocolate spread brands
  • If the eggs are room temperature (77-86F/25-30°C) is easier to mix up.
  • The most common recipes don’t call for chocolate chips, but I find it gives a more chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 350 g nutella (or hazelnut chocolate spread; 1 jar 13 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g chocolate chips (milk or bittersweet; optional)
I always recommend using weight and volume measurements when present. The measurements in cups/spoons are just courtesy of the system and are less accurate.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180°C, grease and line with parchment paper 8×8-inch (20x20cm) pan. Set aside.
  • Mix nutella and eggs with a whisk until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Add flour and chocolate (if using), mix well.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and spread.
  • Bake at 350F/180°C (normal oven, no fan assisted) for 20-25 minutes
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm, cold or room temperature. It's easier to cut when cold.
